These terms apply to purchases from HAPanel. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who you are buying from

You are buying from ClockwiseIT, trading as HAPanel, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 71214364. You can reach us by email at hello@hapanel.eu.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.

Delivery

Delivery times shown are an estimate. We deliver within 30 days at the latest, as EU law requires, unless we agree another date with you. Shipping is calculated from your delivery address at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. See shipping and returns.

Warranty

Products carry a 2-year warranty in line with EU consumer law.

Governing law

Dutch law applies.
