Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship from the Netherlands. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days, and EU delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days. Shipping is calculated from your delivery address and shown at checkout, before you pay.

Returns

You may return your panel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under the EU right of withdrawal. Contact hello@hapanel.eu and we will arrange it. We refund within 14 days of receiving the panel back in its original condition.

Warranty

Every HAPanel comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, in line with EU consumer law. If something fails, write to us and we repair or replace it.
